Baking Stone Cleaning

Hey folks, I need some suggestions for cleaning pizza crud off of my baking stone (a bit of sauce and cheese escaped while cooking a couple of pies last night). Think I read something somewhere about using a soft wire brush but wanted to ask around before I took a chance with my stone.

You can burn it off in the egg. 700 for a half hour or so and mine turn white again.
