Hi Everyone!
I'm getting ready to add Big Green Egg to my retail product line - I know, an odd thing to do this time of year - but we live in a city with many people who, like me, love to grill regardless of the time of year. I'm wondering what sort of odd behaviors, if any, I can expect from the BGE when grilling while it's 10 degrees out.
Thanks for the info, and I'm looking forward to sharing ideas with fellow EggHeads!

The egg thrives in cold weather ... that's why I bought one! Nothing like a smoked meatloaf on a cold winter's night ...
Good business plan for sure .....

The egg really excels in the cold. I use mine frequently throughout the Wisconsin winters.

Being in Hotlanta, I can't say how it cooks in the cold, but welcome to the forum @The_Grill_Sergeant."Pork so tender you can pull it with a spoon." ~Spoon

It just takes a little bit longer to warm up and then it cooks just like usual.
