Thanks. If I am reading the recipe in the pic correctly, the instructions state to cover the pork tightly with foil and cook for 3 hours? :-?I noticed you cooked it uncovered. I think that was a good choice. I don't see any point in using the egg if you are gonna cook in foil the entire time!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I cooked it an hour longer than the recipe called for and the last hour was uncovered.I noticed you cooked it uncovered. I think that was a good choice. I don't see any point in using the egg if you are gonna cook in foil the entire time! -
