Brisket is done....

Does anyone have a good of way of keeping a brisket ready?  I have a party to go to this afternoon and my brisket cooked much faster than I anticipated.  I have it wrapped in foil, in a towel, and in a cooler.  We aren't planning on eating until around 4 this afternoon....any ideas?

    how long has it been in the cooler?  I can keep mine in cooler for about 3 hours.  did you add any liquid when you foiled?

    Maybe you could put a heating pad in the cooler under the meat, if it'll be longer than 3 hours?
