As a newbie can we get back to posting recipes, pictures of cooks and advice. That is why I am here and I have met some of the people here at Eggfest and they werevall great. Bring on the pictures and recipes please.

    I should have stayed up later I guess. Yesterday turned out to be kind of a record breaking day. GG was attacked as well as Faith. :ohmy: I'm not sure there are 2 nicer folks. B)

    So here's my subject changing post. I have finally figured out how to serve the boys and I the RED steak we enjoy and momma the GREY steak she desires.

    Thanks I get enough of the other ****at work. Unfortunately still have to work but do enjoy the cooking and beer. If and when there is a new forum I am siure we will all deal with it. Seems the same discussion sent on about a month ago.This is my happy place if I'm not cooking

    Just do it!. Go to your favorite butcher, or, go to Costco in Vaccaville and buy the whole slab and cut it yourself. Either way your tummy will be happy ;)
