Finished Product from Last night and Rolling Again

Last nights/Tonights finished product was a hit..Left it at our friends house with a Jar of Blues Hog and Hawaian Rolls for our host to enjoy a few more days of lunches..

Went with Dizzy Pig Raging River and 8.5 lb tonight.

  • Put it on around 1030 was about 225-250 day before's ran less temp 225-200 but was smaller butt by 2 lbs..Goes to show these things have a mind of there own and not to just cook to time. Will make good after church sandwiches...Matt
