OT dog names

getting a new pup in a couple months, french britt. french tradition says it gets registered in a name that starts with G this year. any cooking names you can think of with the letter G... griller...im bad with names, dogs usually 10 months before i settle on one. so far the list has geronimo, gunny, gunner, gino, gizzmo and gunter, and goose. g seems very limited. any bge type names, im sure ill add another name come 10 months

Wonderful! it helps.. it does not replace and she will be very different and her own "person" but she will be what you need her to be. I like Guru LOL not very girly but she will be watching over you for Abe :)and helping with the camp and fishing and egging LOL so I guess my vote is Guru LOL

If it's a female, how about 'Ginger'? As for a male, all I can come up with so far is 'Garlic', but I'll keep marinating on it.. Hey.., how about 'Gyro' or 'Grinder' 8 -)

i always get male dogs so guru works. theres already a dog dug sleeping hole next to the egg so maybe i wont be filling it in

had gabe on the list but i dont think it would be good to keep the name so similar. abe was an american breit, going with a french brit so maybe the color patterns are different enough. hoping for a multicolor like this one but will let the breeder pick the dog out, my last two dogs were last picks

Tripp is the name ive had for a new pup for about a year now, might be the call name outdoors in the woods, i like a single syllable name when its time for business, always have a couple names for each dog

LOL not sure why i had it in my head this one was going to be a female!? LOL Loved the pic of the puppy! I can not wait to see the one you get and hope the markings are as pleasing. love the maulti colors of that little guy!

In my younger years, together with my sister, we found and adopted an adorable, tortise-shell feline stray (named her 'Luna')and she was a part of our family until her demise at the ripe old age of 18. She was a big part of our lives and slept in our beds at night on an alternating basis. I'll never forget when she died and I buried her on a sweltering, summer day, with tears streaming down my face. For years after that, I could feel her presence on my bed at night, even if I was thousands of miles away! That doesn't happen anymore, but I'm sure that she'll be on the 'other side' to greet me when it's my time to go West..
