We held our annual Competition Rib class here at Eggs by the Bay Saturday. It is always a crowd favorite. We still have 4 spots left for Chef Bobby Cresap's Gourmet Egg class in Aug where we will cover Prime rib, Turkey and Seafood on the Egg. Class detals can be found at http://eggsbythebay.com/
