A lot of Newbies may not realize that the famous and very popular "TRex Steak" method was created by Jason "TRex" Faulkner many years ago. He shared his technique with us and instantly became a legend.
He rarely posts here anymore but I'm sure he reads the Forum from time to time.
After a long absence he announced last year that he had recently married. He and his wife both like to cook so they set up a web site to reflect some of their creations. It is very nicely done and exhibits some of their creative ideas.
