ABTs, moink balls, wing lollies, stuffed fritos, turchicken, tri tip, corn, onions, fatty, and pimp my pineapple

Put together a turchicken this morning (neaux duck) :) Brined the birds overnight

The volunteers - debonning the chicken was easy peezy - the turkey put up a good fight

On to the egg indirect at 500 dome then closed the vents to approximate 350
