Before the encore performance last night, I whipped up some 50% ground pork / 50% ground turkey (85/15). Thoroughly squished them together, formed patties, and seasond with Chef Wil's 'Grilla Shaker and fresh ground black pepper.
On the Small (raised) at 400, flipping once. Shut down about 5 minutes after the flip and let dwell until they reached approx. 165 (turkey).
Served on a fresh onion bun with Marzetti Broccoli Slaw and the requisite Tater Rounds. I dressed mine with a Horseradish Sauce. Pretty darn tasy for something basically healthy.
