Lordy! With a 14 year old daughter, I have been thoroughly innundated with Justin Bieber since his movie was released....played over and over and over....Reminds me of me as a lad... :woohoo:

Before the encore performance last night, I whipped up some 50% ground pork / 50% ground turkey (85/15). Thoroughly squished them together, formed patties, and seasond with Chef Wil's 'Grilla Shaker and fresh ground black pepper.

On the Small (raised) at 400, flipping once. Shut down about 5 minutes after the flip and let dwell until they reached approx. 165 (turkey).

Served on a fresh onion bun with Marzetti Broccoli Slaw and the requisite Tater Rounds. I dressed mine with a Horseradish Sauce. Pretty darn tasy for something basically healthy.

It's Monday.

Thanks, Man. No question the kid's got talent....and all the girls a guy could want. Reminds me of 1964 and the Ed Sullivan Show.

(for the irony-impaired, that translates to "looks great, LR. beautiful pics.")

what's with the bieber thing? wife? daughters?

or are you just watching it on a loop? ...if the latter, no need to answer! :ermm:
