Bacon Problem?

So my wife thinks I have a bacon problem I think it is a healthy addiction. I just start my third batch of bacon in as many weeks.

Is there a pork addicts meeting this week somewhere, if there is is will bring the bacon. This is my last batch it turned out great.

    Haha, I totally understand. I want to try your recipe but wife said no. btw, after the 7-day cure, did you rinse it (if so, how long) before resting in fridge? Thanks.

    I did rinse the bellies just before smoking them. Just ran water over them quickly and them pat them dry with paper towel.
    Don't get me wrong my wife loves the bacon when it is done and sliced.
