Just cooked my first thin crust pizza. It was actually pretty good. 550* temp...
Question...How do I get the bottom crunchy ?
The rim was cruncy but not the bottom.
I have it on a stone, Do I need to get the stone real hot first ?

You need to pre-heat the stone for at least 30 minutes. Preferably a little longer depending on the thickness.

Yes, used a pizza stone, legs down on plate setter. also used the extended grate over plate setter.
Plate setter legs down.....extended elevated grate....pizza stone.. -
Also, make sure you go easy on the toppings. If you put a ton of toppings on, the bottom won't crisp up as nicely.

how does the amount of toppings have anything to do with the bottom of the crust?
preheat the bejeezus out of the stone and then let it rip. -
did my first ones the other night and the first pizza the bottom was white second one and third one were perfect. preheat is the key!!!
