The Egg was lit,so it was ON! 
Smoked a couple of Fatties.Homemade sausage,one with Richard's HSC one neckid. 
Went shoppin and bought this.
And some of these! Pork NECKBONES!
Brung em home and smoked em with a little pe-CON,NOT CAN!
Got bored waitin on the Neckbones so I baked a loaf of bread.
When that was done I baked a cake. Chocochip Kahlua!
While I was bakin and smokin Neckbones I had some Split breasts gettin happy in the nstuff I bought and cooked Momeo's supper.

Hoss I work for a engineering company -we do mainly commercial,we went from 47 emplyess to 6,It has been brutal.We are just now seeing the light-good luck and have faith.

Thanks for the blessings Hoss. Cindy will undergo an oral procedure on Thursday and will not be able to eat for two weeks. So, dieting plans are set in place for her. I don't know about me. :evil:

After the storms blow through today I want to get some onion set's and put them in our small garden spot. Then I may consider getting some Bradly's in the ground.

My old boss made a neck bone dinner he called the mortgage buster(cheap but hearty meal) :laugh:

I lit the Egg at 8 am and snuffed it out at 8:30 pm.

We planted some Saturday.I seem to have better luck with the little bulbs than the sets.I wish I had gotten them planted abouy 6 weeks ago.

They are Tastee.I like to smoke em lo n slo.I will eat them like that or throw some in a pot of kraut or beans and simmer til they fall apart.Y.U.M!
