I just received my green egg for Christmas. Loving it !! We don't want to cook any other way. Been snowed on a lot so far. LOL I am looking for a recipe on grilling pineapple. Anyone?

Clean the skin and slice about 1/2- 1 in thick. Core if desired. This is a great treat.

Dizzy Pig Pineappele Head is outstanding - nice combination of sweet and hot.

Mine is simple. Rum with vanilla extract. Brush on as you grill the pineapple.

I have dizzy pig pineapple head. What temp? How long?
Cleaned? Direct cook? New to this, sorry for all the questions.
I know someone who does pineapple whole but cored with dizzy pig pineapple head. I think he toothpicks it back together, but that's all I know .Anyone? -
I do mine around 400 (usually after another cook). I leave them on until they get good markings, not sure on time, if they look ready they are
I use Dizzy Pig Pineapple and also the BGE maple spice.
