Good evening! I bought a large egg recently and did my first cooking on it last night: I tried both a TREX steak and a spatchcocked chicken using the recipes on Naked Whiz.

Everything came out great, and I was struck by how easy it is to control the temperature on the egg. Next up is definitely pizza!

A question: where do you folks buy your lump charcoal? Lowe's and Home Depot only carry Cowboy brand, and that seems to have poor reviews. Is there a good internet dealer with reasonable shipping prices?
