unlike the bge that you all know, the BGHE is a master at open dome cooking with perfect temp control with every cook. setups are endless. as we speak the good folks at yakitori guru are designing a temp control device for overnight cooking, they are hoping to keep temp accuracies of plus or minis .000001 degrees C and the device will be controlled and monitored from any casio watch. we look forward to this as we know at big green hachi eggs, you all do. temp control will never be easier

Admittedly, I have only been out on the ice a few times this season.....But twiddling thumbs??? NO WAY!!
I have been silently, yet diligently, working behind the scenes to be sure we have enough "vino" for the "3rd Annual Minnesooota Ice Fest"
Left to right: King of the North Table Wine, Wild Chokecherry and yet another batch of Chokecherry just under way......All happily bubbling away! -

I can't think of another sausage I like as much. Maybe andouille but that is only because I can't get any here.

Oh man did that pic bring back a great memory! Neil was buying a car, big surprise there, and we went with the trailer to pick it up. the guy brewes home made blueberry wine. he lets Allen's Blueberries in Ellsworth harvest his fields and they give him flat after flat of clean berries and he makes his own vino. he gave us a couple of jugs and man oh man was that heaven in a glass! it would knock you on your butt! but oh so good. not sweet like I thought it would be but just a hint and oh so smooth. he had been doing it for years and years and had it down pat...

Rod, how can you tell??? :ermm:

Wine is defiantly good!
Here is a quote from my buddy Pliny....
"There are two liquids especially agreeable to the human body, wine inside and oil outside"
- Pliny the Elder, historian, 1st. century -

How do we get on the payment plan...
Make sure the lump is out when you put it back in your pocket. You should limit the size of boat you can take this on to say 6' or under. Just got thinking why not make a float tube for the BGHE and a tow rope so you can catch, cook and eat on the stream.

Just after the soggy biscuit world championships, but as a precursor to the lemon party.
