A buddy of mine has a flat that he wants me to cook up for him, i sure wish it was a full packer, that is all i have done, i need to have those burnt ends
he loves the way the full packers tuen out, now i have to try my hand at a flat..... i think i will put some bacon over the top and cook at the same temp i would a packer and will probably foil around 170 with some liquid. hope it turns out? and flat cookers out there have any opinions??
