I got up this morning to several inches of snow. Got the call at lunch that work "stood Down" on account of snow so I decided to make a nice meal for my Lovely 'G'.

This was my first "Breads" baked on the Egg, Hoss. I have a lot of learning to do to be even close to some of your wonderful loaves!

Haven't seen snow in 5 years now. 79 in Fl today, with not a cloud in the sky. Perfect.

Your house for snow day :woohoo:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Very nice! i am glad it worked out for you. Looks like it had a good oven spring too! How was the flavor?
-
Excellent use of a snow day! It looks like you've got the pretzels and bread down pat.
-
Dunno about 'down pat'... I certainly have a lot to learn about baking. The recipe was Guy Fieri's recipe from the Food Network Magazine Jan/Feb edition. Most of mine were stuffed with cheddar and mozzarella!

Snow day? Heck it was 72 degrees here today in Atlanta. Finshed staining the new deck to get ready for summer.
-
wow
are you a pro in making bread?
that is very nice looking bread -
BigBadger,
I think you are cheating. That doesn't look like a snow day accumulation from here. Nice Bread and pretzels!
