I received my gallon size Reynolds Handi Vac bags (from Amazon). Now ready to smoke more cheese. Question, do you wrap each smoked chunk in Saran before vac sealing, or just fill up the bags, Cheese ala nude?

I just vac seal naked

Careful you do not burn anything while naked!

Naked.....nude, whatever! Don't wrap 'em first!!

I vac more individual chubs.... but as long as they are not touching I think you could vacuum seal several in the same bag.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
That's just funny.

I'm in your camp thirdeye....
Not touching when sealed will assure no cross contamination / spoilage.
And...I strongly believe that clean gloves are a MUST when handling cheese going in, coming out and being wrapped.
No contamination really makes for a cheese that will keep for a long time....Even just wrapped and bagged in a zip-lock.
I stress "clean gloves" because it is VERY easy to become complacent with gloves on. Think of it this way......
If I would / could / should be thinking of washing my hands before the next step or procedure....Change gloves!
