I did an all chocolate menu one year.
Started off with Chocolate Martinis.
Then a salad with a white chocolate dressing.
Next a ribeye with Chocolate Sauce.
Chocolate fondue for dessert. Unfortunately, we were too full for the dessert!!
It was fun though. I printed up the menu in red ink on paper that had red roses on the border, our names and the date on the top.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

I am doing Tyler Florence's recipe on the egg.

I'm gonna slice a 3 inch slab off of a 52 day dry aged bone in rib roast primal,hot tub it for an hour and a half,sear it,then season and roast it at 400 dome til it hits 120 internal,rest it 15-20 minutes then have it with appropriate sides and a bottle of 2001 Ferrari-Carano merlot.
