OK, I'm hooked. I see that badbruce and BGEWDE did jake42's recipe last night....and you probably weren't the only ones. Did you guys do it just like jake42, or did you modify the ingredients. Looks like dinner tonight.[p]Thanks,[p]Mike

    I did something a little like that last month. Took chicken thighs and boned them, leaving the skin on. Put chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, skin side down, pounded them thin. The skin seems to pound out right along with the meet. THen, a layer of prosciutto, a layer of fresh sauteed mushrooms in thiskened cream sauce with fresh herbs, roll them up and toothpick. Then grill direct at 350 for about 40 minutes. Take out of Egg, let set a few minutes, remove toothpicks, cut into th rounds, and drizzle a thinned mushroom and cream sauce over all. Most excellent.     Hi Lawn Ranger,
    I did substitute pancetta for the bacon. I forgot to buy bacon @ the store. You will enjoy this recipe.
