Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Patti, I grill regardless of temperature so I see nothing wrong with it. Hell I made steak and pork chops last Saturday when we were getting 4-6 inches of snow a couple hours north of you in Nebraska. Hope the cook goes well and have a great day. ;)

Hey Scott, where are you in Nebraska?

And no, Patti, it's not crazy grilling in the cold! I'm going to try short ribs for the first time today; it's only in the teens here. Enjoy your cook!
