Broke In New Custom Grid

Finally got around to REALLY breaking in my new custom made SPRING CHICKEN grid I got for Christmas.
Prime steak from H.E.B. that had been in the frozen cow parts inventory locker since before Christmas.
I had conversation with an Eggspert (Popsicle) in cow parts on a steel grid before I did it, so I knew I was going to do good even before the first bite.
On the Grid. 550° 2 minutes, over 2 minutes, dwell 4 minutes.
On the Plate.
Ready for testing.
Yes, it was delicious. Probably one of the best steaks ever.

Dwell. Is that what it's called? I call it roasting. I have seen cows requesting eating more chicken. I hadn't seen chickens requesting eating more cows.
