    Hey MM. I'm surprised I'm the fist one to say this, but I think I speak for the entire egg community when I say how much we appreciate all of your knowledge and the effort you have put into turkey day education :).

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    You are so sweet to post these tips....I can remember the first time (several years back) I saw your posts on the forum offering your eggspert assistance to all, and encouraging all to simply give you a call on the "Mad Max Hotline" if they needed help! What a wonderful forum this is thanks to kind people like you. :)
