Cooked my First Wings

Cooked some wings last night for dinner. It was a quick decision as we were picking up a brisket to smoke tomorrow.
Did indirect at 350 for 20 minutes on each side, next time i'll do 25 to get a little crispier.
Just used olive oil and Lemon Pepper, Slap Yo Mama, and Jerk Seasoning (Did 3 different flavors).
Turned out awesome once they cooled a little!!!

Looking good I forgot how pretty the gaskets are on newer eggs. I did some chicken wings tonight also. I used "The Chicken" Wing recipe in the forum. Great stuff. Keep em coming

Great post. For the heck of it try them direct sometime. It works best if you raise the grid so watch them. Tim

Good looking wings.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
