really getting to like these. easy quick and cheap :laugh: added some chourico to the shaved steak this weekend as well as the soy/fish sauce marinade

Those look awesome. Chourico makes everything better, it's like Portuguese bacon.

2 tbls dark soy, 1 tbls three crab fish sauce, a good squirt of honey to about a pound of shaved steak seems to work good and adds alot of flavor to the steak with out it turning into a full terryaki. a couple hours in the marinade in a ziplock sitting on the counter. then add what you want for veggies. traditional steakbombs have salami in the mix, i used portuguese chourico. there will be some liquid in the wok when done, drizzle that back into the sub
