My first time to smoke Trout, man they were gooood !!

    What did you put on them? They look very good...
    Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max (I'm good for now). 

  • Salt and pepper. Butter and lemon slices inside and a good dose of DP Raging River inside and out. Direct raised grid @ 275 for 1 hour and 15 min, internal to 155. Worked out really nice.

    Looks good. You better start keeping some smaller ones.... or get a larger Egg. Heheee. Of, if you keep landing the bigger ones, skin-on fillets work good too.
