I'm attempting the Asian Ribs recipe from the BGE cookbook this afternoon. Can anyone give me any pointers on how to make them come out better? The book says to cook them at 300 degrees for 3 hours. No foiling. That's hotter and faster than I've done my regular ribs. They do say to baste them with a mop every 30 minutes.

I have not read the BGE recipe, however I like to make oriental ribs just like regular ones, but use the following for rub and sauce.
NOH Char Sui Seasoning

Korean BBQ Sauce for Ribs W/Korean Pear & apple

Most oriental grocery stores carry both.
