My dome thermometer is reading 250 I just stuck my themapen in the wheel its reading 145. Can these be 100 deg. apart?

    I just did last month & it was fine. Can they get off that far that fast?

    Well, ONE of them is off. Stick em both in boiling water and see.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    I just pulled the dome thermometer out & stuck in the thermapen & its reading 250. 100 difference form wheel temp to dome temp why???

    Should not of checked just gave me something to worry about. The temp. was fine. Thanks for the replies. Spares should be done around 5:30 if anyone wants to stop by :) :)
