Had a treat last night, shared a steak with the wife, just did salt and pepper and it was awesome, why go to an expensive restaurant when you can do it at home for cheaper!

I agree, we hardly ever eat out anymore. Also, my wife and I just share a steak. One is too much for me anymore. I'm such a lightweight

That thing looked good raw. Good job....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
