Pork Loin for din...

Started out early this morning with a bunch of Harold Reds (filled my big stock pot) boiling down to apple sauce (to serve with din, and the pork loin) and then at some point apple butter, to be canned...Which I just got done with!

Did a pork loin, squash, potatoes and dressing for dinner this evening....
Loin on, dressing on, and ready for the next go-round with the squash and twice baked potatoes.
