Big game this weekend when Texas comes into Lincoln. We got a premium tailgate spot and plenty of friends will be stopping by. I want to make sure I nail this.
I found a thread from a little while back that asked about cooking ribs the night before and finishing on a gas grill in the parking lot. Car Wash Mike was nice enough to give the advice to cook just the normal way (I'll be most likely following Mike's advice to a T), cut up, cool and then warm back up in a pan with a little bit of apple juice in the bottom. Has anyone tried this? The thread poster never did tell how they turned out. From what I can tell Car Wash Mike was THE authority on such topics so I trust his advice. Just seeing if anyone has any pointers.

i did some for the patriots game the other week. cooked completely the day before, but no sauce. reheated them direct on the grill at the game, with sauce.
came out just as if we'd done them that day.
bring some wood to hit them with a little more smoke. if you want, too. that's also to drive everyone crazy around you as well.

Great pic. I like that you brought your egg to the tailgate. I don't have enough room to bring mine.

whoops. Looked at it quick, must've had arrowhead on the brain since I just read another post about a tailgate there.
