Eggtoberfest starting time for Saturday?

Just checked our Eggtoberfest tickets and could not find a starting time for Saturday. Anyone know when the gates open for the common crowd?

Saturday, October 16th, 9:00am - 5:00pm
(Infield gates open at 7:00am,
Event gates open at 7:00am for Cooks, 9:00am for non-cooks)
