Tri-Tip, Wings, Eggplant & Fava Beans

We cooked this up last Sunday. Everything was done on the egg but the Fava Beans.
The Tri-tip all spiced up and ready to go (Morro Bay Rich's way)
The wings seasoned up with DP Tsunami Spin. The eggplants just had s&p plus olive oil.

The tri-tip getting its stripes.
Fava beans with onions and bacon. Cant't go wrong with that.
All plated and ready to make us happy.
