Drove back from Nieggara, unpack the car and install the new demo while my wife went and pick-up some meat.
Had ribs eye steak as my first cook. The steaks were great, nice, tender, juicy and tasty.
The cook was simpler and easier than expected. Controlling the temp was very easy, I would open the lid to flip the steaks or check them and the temp would get back to wanted level instantly.
I love my egg.
No, I don’t have any pictures so you have to take my word. I was focusing on the temp and the steaks and it was already dark, but I promise you photos in the future.

No problems with fire in the car... but I did ruin a new pair of jeans by removing the hot charcoals before loading the egg.
It burn a nice little hole... a few wash and they will be good for painting.Marc
