Morning All:
Last night it was the brown rice...tonight was onions...start with a couple of large sweet onions, remove skin, slice top & bottom so is set flat...next quarter almost all the way through, put a pat of butter in each slice and a spoon of boullion mixture in the middle and top with more butter (I ended up using a stick for these two)...here it is ready to go on the Egg (top of Adjustable rig indirect) dome temp 350 (also added a sprinkle of DP Shaking the Tree...
after about 75 minutes (after about 45 minutes I cut the onions up somemore and mix around in the liquid) ready to eat...
Also had yellow squash, mushrooms & zucchini cubed, then marinated in EVOO, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Lea & Perrins Chicken Marinade for about an hour, then cooked on the wok...
Protein was Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage (on the left) and Johnsonville 4-cheese Italian Sausage...
Used 3 of the 4 Eggs (the grandson "played" cooking on the mini). Another easy, but tasty meal.

Love squash and onions - yours look great! I like to stir fry squash, onions, carrots, celery, and peppers - serve over rice and sprinkle with soy...I really try to watch sodium, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. Great pics!
