I've had a pretty good season fishing Lake Michigan this year, and have quite a few Salmon fillets that I would love to donate to the cooks. I have some Coho fillets and some King (Chinook) fillets to bring to the dance.
If anyone would like some, just either reply here, or drop me an email thru the forum. They are all frozen now, and will need to be defrosted so that I may scale them before I bring them out.
Let me know, I have way more fish than I can use at the moment.
This is a 16 1/2 lbs Steelhead that I managed to get into the boat. Hopefully will have it mounted when my funds allow.

What, you're not cooking?
I'd be happy to cook some of it for you, or let you use my egg at the fest, if you'd like. So far, the only thing I've planned to make is a pot of chili. I'll make it a couple days before, so all I'll need to do at the fest is heat it back up, and serve it. I hadn't figured out what else to make, so the salmon would be great.
Where's your slip? My in-laws have a sailboat up in Racine.

Beautiful fish Roger!
It's a treat to have fish at a fest. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the fish. We had grouper, red fish, kingfish, trifish, trout, gator, and salmon served up several different ways at the minifest. -
Hey chili master, I am not sure I will have any leftover meat to throw in my chili on which to dominate you. So I might let you have this one by default. I will keep you posted
