    Reminds me a little of the eephus pitch they used to throw in MLB every once in a great while. I seem to remember Gorman Thomas getting embarrassed by one a while ago.

    have you guys ever heard of the "King & His Court?" It's a 4 man fast-pitch softball team. They're sort of the Harlem Globetrotters of softball. The "King" (Eddie Feigner) could strike you out while pitching blindfolded, from behind his back, between his legs, standing from 2nd base, etc.

    He's really old now, but back in his prime, I think he held the record for the fastest softball pitch, and the widest breaking ball.
