Flank, sweet taters, & zuks

Marinated the steak for a few hours. Started with the sweet taters and zuks:

Then put on the steak, covered in marinade stuff (red onions, capers, etc):

Plated, with plain yogurt (with chopped cukes & dill), and cukes in vinegar/oil & S&P.

Very simple and tasty (I guess that is all I do :blush: )
