<p />I have got 6 nice size mushrooms to do with my ribs tonight.[p]6 large button mushrooms (break stem out don't cut)
4 oz. cream cheese.
Tiny shrimp or crab meat.
1/2 tablespoon Raging River Rub.[p]Roll mushrooms in olive oil.[p]Mix ingredients, stuff in mushrooms and cook direct at 300 for about 10-12 minutes. [p]CWM
