Last week I made about 4 doz ABT's for some friends for football. My ABT's are a hit w/ friends and the each week more and more people show up for them. [p]Of course prep time is key. Preping the peppers takes a while but I have found that filling the peppers is messy and awkward, the solution...a piping bag. [p]I make my filling of choice, warm it slightly to get it to "flow" and then load it into a big zip lock bag. Squish the filling to one corner of the bag and then snip the corner, as you squeeze the bag the filling will squirt out and into the pepper.
