How much rub?

Morning all,
I wanted to get an order in to Dizzy Pig so that I have rubs on hand when I get my Egg later this month. Approx how much rub do you use on butts and briskets and ribs? I know that on butts and briskets that the rub is applied rather heavily and not so much on the ribs. Dont want to have to reorder to frequently.

Howdy Roger.
An 8oz bottle will season approx 4-5 butts or 35-40 pounds of meat.

I think you might be over-thinking it.
If you start out with one shaker of Dizzy Dust and don't use anything else, I think you could do a couple butts, a couple briskets and more than a couple racks of ribs and still have plenty left.
see how much food you cook to get it down halfway, and then plan accordingly.

one good thing about re-ordering frequently is that you always maintain a fresh supply. -
