Turkey Breast ideas

I have this big turkey breast sitting here looking at me. Want to try..something..with it. I've had smoked turkey before and it comes out suspiciously like ham. Figured if I want a ham...I'll do a ham. Any brilliant ideas?

    MollyShark,[p]I have one thawing in my fridge right now. I'm going to brine it, rub it with butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and smoke it over pecan and hickory. MIne always end up tasting like smoked turkey.[p]-Steve
