I did three BB's, 24 corn husk wrapped sausages, 4 rack of ribs AND a DEEP FRIED turkey (NOT!) yesterday. When I say "NOT" deep fried....it was 10 times tastier, juicier, just as crispy skin....but SAFER and just a tad longer cook than a deep fryer with oil. I used a new cooker (to me) called the Big Easy and I'll NEVER deep fry another turkey again!! No oil is needed , which takes away the danger AND expense. I was very sceptical until yesterday. Check it out! WELL worth the $100 if you like deep fried turkeys, pork lions, fish and other good stuff!
