Lovin' my new cast iron

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on my new cast iron skillet. Here's a few snapshots from this weekend. Did chocolate chip pancakes for the kids yesterday morning and some veggies tonight with DP Shakin' the Tree. Oh yeah and one of some Argentinean chorizo with some peppers onions a couple weeks ago.

I LOVE CI but I cannot stand Draft beer or the Redskins! :laugh: Just funnin!

I am diggin the pancakes and sausage but my favorite pis is the last. Go Skins! It was nice, but bitter, to see how they would play against a real NFL team instead of the Bills. I am thinking at least 8-8 this year.

This will probably upset the Texans here, but my favorite team is whoever the Cowgirls are playing. On opening day that happens to be the Redskins. Nice CI cook by the way.
