I'm on vacation at a fabulous mountain home in Andrews NC - absolutely every convenience imaginable - a pavilion equipped with none other than a large BGE! The owners encouraged us to pick whatever we wanted from the garden...okra, tomatoes, peppers, blueberries, basil. We are eating well to say the least - rubbed the okra with olive oil, seasoned with sea salt and pepper - egged until slightly browned. Oh my goodness! I'll post pics soon - just had to tell you about the okra.
