Well the kids start back Monday as well as my teacher wife. We always do some sort of back to school meal. It may be breakfast or some place special for lunch. This time it was supper. My son is a senior, and my daughter is a sophmore. My wife - the kindergarten teacher always makes things special for the kids and I so this time we had "senior steaks", "sophmore salad", and a "Bolton baked potato". The steak was a flat iron, just salt, pepper, raisin the steaks and on the egg at about 600 deg. Brushed with melted butter, worcestershire, and some salt. The taters were egged first at 400 then cranked it up for the meat.

The egg was good to us tonight. ;)
