Seasoning Meat Before Freezing: Help

I'm getting ready to freeze some meat; steaks, ribs etc. Any thoughts on seasoning the meat with their respective rubs before vacuum packing and freezing or should I wait until they are scheduled to go on the Egg?

kmelleker: I would definately wait to season! The freeze and thaw process already tends to cause moisture loss from the meat. Salt will only exaggerate this.

Great point. Probably why thawed meat never tastes the same as fresh. Thanks for the insight.
