Maple Smoke-Wood...Yeh, Right

OH OH!!! Seems I have WELL more then MANY a life time SUPPLY of Maple smoke - wood now available!

Had a bit of a thunder storm last Friday evening!! It wasn't a real bad one, but we did loose power, got an inch of rain, had very swirling winds...And the Maple in front of the house went into the garden! Veiw of the garden from upstairs on Saturday morning.

It could have been worse, as the tree could have gone the other way and done a number on the house instead.

The tree missed the top terrace completely, but did its damage on the second terrace of garden (taking out most ALL the peppers) and wiped out about half of the grape arbor.

Got her cleaned up good enough for now. I'll get the rest after harvesting so I will be able to drive in and not have to grunt as had!

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
